★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの当たり外れが大きい。
キビキビしていて丁寧な方が多いが(特に長身の女性店員さんは優秀だと思う)、
一人、年配の男性店員に外れがいる。
その店員は前のお客さんやその前のお客さんには
ちゃんとポイント使用の確認と「ありがとうございました」と覇気が無いながらも声掛けをしていたが、
私の時は「どうぞ」と言っただけでいきなりアプリのバーコードを読み取って
(少額の買い物のせいか)ポイント使用の確認もせず、
「このままでいいですか」とテープを貼ってお釣りを返しただけで、ありがとうも無かった。
お店にもクレーム出したけどこの男性は接客業に向かな過ぎる。
よく「禿げに悪い人はいない」なんていうが、彼は例外中の例外だろうな。
職場はボランティアじゃないんだから、例え他に採用してもらえなさそうな中高年でも
こういう無能な不適格な輩は早々に解雇すべき。
それがお客さんの為、お店の為にもなるのでは！？

店舗面積の割には品揃えは悪くありませんでしたが、付近にはもっと大きな家電量販店があるため見劣りします。
