期待して訪問しました。

２階の洋服はぎっちぎちで
見る余裕のないくらい。
サイズもわかりにくい。
全体的に配置が雑。
１階はさらに雑然としていて
ガッカリ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前テレビでセカンドストリートが紹介されておりましたので、欲しいアイテムもあったので、あるかなー？？？と、気になって行ってみました。
が、、、店員の態度わーーーーっる。
挨拶なし、笑顔なし、なんか店内も暗いイメージ。スタッフ同士の仲も悪そう。
品物はいいのですが、何か質問したら上から強めに言われそうなので、質問する言葉とか態度を私自身が気を付けたいと思います。

There is no greeting, no smile, and the inside of the store is dark. The relationship between the staff seems to be bad.

服はワンフロアで数も多く感じられました、ついでに家電なのかな。各コーナー自体は小さめであくまで個人的な感想としては「欲しいものがあるので探しに行く」というよりは「たまにフラっといくと面白いものがあるかも」という規模の店舗でした。取り合う使うジャンルは広いと感じました

別のリサイクルショップ大手の査定では倍の値段をつけてくれる。
二度と利用しない。利用する価値もない。
Amazonならサクラレビューを疑うレベル。こんな店に3.1の評価がついてるのは流石におかしい。よくて今より0.5下がった2.6。

レジで対応した女性店員の態度が
悪かった。
Pontaカードの
バーコードが読み取れないと、言って無言で
スマホを操作して、まだ読み取れないので、
イライラしていた。
お客を見ずに、
明るくして下さい!と投げやりの対応。
少し離せばいいものを?と思ったが、
自分でやったらスグに読み取れた。
反省点
1 お客の顔を見ない対応
2 イライラが顔と態度に現れている。
3 ありがとうございますガナイ?
改善点
1 もう少し落ち着いて対応すべき。
2 女性らしく笑顔の対応をのぞむ。
3 サービス業でイライラを見せては
