It seems to be quite popular from the name Koizuka. There were no people on the day I visited. It is a relatively small temple.

こぢんまりした佇まいのお寺で、寺門前に石碑があります。
この寺の他にあとひとつ、同じいわれを持つ通称恋塚寺があります。
2015年頃問い合わせた当時は、こちらの御朱印はスタンプとの事でした。
寺から北東の交差点「赤池」の地名の由来は、盛遠が袈裟御前の首を斬った刀を洗った池がその血で赤く染まったため…との事です。
袈裟御前の供養もされているようです。
This is a temple that is said to have a tragic love between Gengo's wife, Kago Gozen and Morito Endo.
It is a small-sized temple with a stone monument in front of the temple gate.
In addition to this temple, there is another common name, Koizukaji, which has the same name.
When I contacted around 2015, the red stamp here was a stamp.
The origin of the place name of "Akaike", the intersection northeast of the temple, is that the pond from which Shiori had washed the sword he had decapitated was dyed red in his blood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 恋塚浄蓮寺と同じお話ですが、どちらがどうだということもないくらいセンセーショナルな話ですものね。横恋慕した袈裟御前を誤って殺してしまって、出家して神護寺の復興を強訴して伊豆に流され、頼朝と挙兵して開府を助け、頼朝死後に謀反と疑われ佐渡や対馬に配流。文覚上人は直情径行な人だったんでしょうか。神護寺のお墓は良いとこにありますね。
It's the same story as Koizuka Jorenji, but it's a sensational story that doesn't matter which one. He accidentally killed Kasaya Gozen, who was in love with him, and was exiled to Izu for the reconstruction of Jingoji Temple. He was exiled to Yoritomo and helped open the prefecture, and was exiled to Sado and Tsushima after Yoritomo's death. Was the literary master a straightforward person? The grave of Jingoji is in a good place.

仏像は素晴らしかったです。
