私が住んでた場所は途中から東上不動産に変更されました。
長年住んでた為ボロくなり、ある時お風呂の扉が壊れてしまった為に修理の依頼をしました。
扉の計測などはスグにして頂けて早く治るかなと思いきや、その後5年近く立った今でも東上不動産から電話も無く何度も問い合わせてるのですが修理されていないそうです。
その後、また東上不動産で私はアパートを借りたのですが網戸は壊れていて締まりきらないカーテンレールはボロボロで壊れてしまってる家でした。クリーニングを本当にしたのか疑うくらい綺麗じゃなかったです。
カーテンレールはスグに治してもらいましたが治したと言うより補強しただけでスグに外れました。
挙句、風呂場の水道も壊れて取り替える羽目になり壁に穴が空いてしまった際には責任は客にあると金を払って治し最終的には浴槽が割れて直すのに時間が掛かるから等と言われ引っ越す羽目になりました。
そして今、また新しく引っ越そうかと思ってますが問い合わせが数日待っても対応して貰えないので二度と東上不動産は利用したくないと感じてます。
これをこんな場所に書いても言葉だけで本当に改善するつもりは無いと思いますが東上不動産に依頼しようと思ってる方は考え直した方がいいと思います。

Since I lived for many years, I became terrified, and at one point the door of the bath broke, so I requested repair.
I thought that it would be quick to cure the door measurement etc., but I thought that it would be cured soon, but even now after standing for about 5 years, I have repeatedly inquired from Tojo Real Estate without calling, but it seems that it has not been repaired.
After that, at Tojo Real Estate again, I rented an apartment, but the screen door was broken and the curtain rail that was not tight was broken and it was a broken house. It wasn't so beautiful that I wondered if I really did the cleaning.
The curtain rail was cured by Sug, but it was removed by just reinforcing it rather than saying that it was cured.
After all, when the water supply in the bathroom is broken and it has to be replaced and a hole is made in the wall, it is the customer's responsibility to pay and heal it, and eventually it will take time for the bathtub to crack and repair I was told to say "etc." and had to move.
And now, I'm thinking of moving to a new place, but I feel like I don't want to use Tojo Real Estate again because the inquiry will not be answered even after waiting a few days.
I don't think there is any intention to improve this just by writing it in a place like this, but I think it is better to reconsider if you are going to ask Tojo Real Estate.

そもそも退去時に清掃費用が必要と契約書には書いてあっても1平方Ｍの清掃単価は書いてありません！仮に大きな部屋を借りた場合、退去時の清掃費に敷金はほとんど持っていかれてしまいます。そのため退去時にはお金を払う必要性大です。それが退去時修繕ビジネスになっているんでしょうね。
退去時に大いにごねてください。別の業者査定をかました高い金額から値引き可能です。私はこのク〇不動産会社を全くお勧めできません。
皆さんお気を付けください。もっと良心的な会社はたくさんありますので！！！

Please be very careful when you move out. It is possible to discount from a high amount by another vendor assessment. I can't recommend this real estate company at all.

が、契約後、住民トラブルがないとおっしゃられたのに枠内にナナメに止まっていたらクレームをつけられたり、シャワー下の落ちる水垢が残ってたり、問い合わせしようとすると仲介だから細かいことは大家に問い合わせしてくれなどアフターサービスはよろしいとは言えません。
