予約すれば山形舞子さんと会う事も出来ます
建物は勿論古いですが、トイレなどの設備は綺麗に直してくれてあるので何も不便は感じません
こういったお店をきちんと存続されているという事を嬉しく思いました
最初から観光客目当ての偽日本営業をしているような場所ばかりでなく、こういう本物こそ広く知られて欲しいと願うところです
 Good old restaurant
You can also meet Maiko Yamagata if you make a reservation.
The building is of course old, but I don't feel any inconvenience because the toilets and other facilities have been cleaned up.
I was happy that these stores were kept properly.
It's not just a place where you're doing fake Japanese business for tourists from the beginning, but I hope that this kind of real thing will be widely known.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主が無くなり３年位なりますが、料理人の二女を守り立てて、見事に元の味を出している‼️ 部屋は皇族を迎えたことがあり格式がありさすが。
It's been about 3 years since the Lord disappeared, but I'm protecting the second daughter of the chef and giving it the original taste. ️ The room has welcomed the royal family, so there is a formal ceremony.

It is a valuable restaurant that preserves the Yamagata restaurant culture. You can enjoy seasonal ingredients and local ingredients by cooking the whole body. The atmosphere is also exceptional, with seasonal scenery and historical furnishings. I think it's a good idea to go to an anniversary or a special day. There is no doubt that it will be a wonderful memory with a delicious taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Fumie Sasahara is a very lovely lady. Hey food are amazing and tasty. Services here are very good, even they can't really speak English, they will still try to accommodate as they can. Definitely a must try restaurant!!!
