Mazesoba is the best (o ^^ o) I want Jiro Konouchi, who was doing it for a limited time, to be revived! When I wanted to eat Jiro, I went to a famous restaurant in Yurihonjo, but once I ate Jiro here, I went there lol I want you to revive it! Just boiled ramen? 高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 移転してから初訪問。以前は横手市平鹿町に有りました。と言っても、かなり以前の話ですけど。濃厚太麺の河内家シリーズと、あっさり普通麺の二系統あるそうで、お勧めの「河内家　煮干しそば」をオーダー。メニュー名通り、かなり濃厚な煮干しスープです。魚粉のギトギトさはなく、それが苦手な私には有難い味わいです。麺はかなり太く、そして縮れてますので、スープをよく絡んでくれ、もちもち感を楽しめ、食べ応えも感じられます。トッピングがネギではなくほうれん草で、それも特徴の一つ。濃厚なスープに合わせたのでしょう。あっさり普通麺はどんな味なのか、次回はそちらを食べてみます。訪問した時間が16時30分頃と半端な時間にもかかわらず、通しで営業してるのは助かりました(^ ^) First visit after relocation. H	Hidamari 0308 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライブの途中で繁盛しているっぽいラーメン屋だったので、飛び込んでみました。河内家辛みそを頂きました。家系なのかな？濃厚でまぁまぁおいしかったです。ただし、8割の入りで注文から着丼まで50分くらい待たされました。ラーメン屋としては論外です。時間を持て余すジモティー以外に失礼ですよ。従業員の頭数はいるけど、主人が何から何までやってトッピングに凝りすぎているので、調理効率が悪いみたい。座席数を減らすか、従業員を鍛えて作業効率を上げるかどっちかした方がいいです。回転が悪けりゃそら混んで繁盛しているように見えるかもですねぇ。 It was a ramen shop that seemed to be thriving in the middle of the drive, so I jumped in. ジ	ジン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人が好きな為付き合いで行くことがあります。ラーメン系はくどい味と麺があまり好みのものがなく、基本混ぜそばを注文します。無難な味ですがちょっと濃すぎるのとベビースターラーメンが自分はいらないと思いました。ラーメン自体の評価は３点ですが異様に待たされることがあり、客がいない時でも1時間近く待たされこともあります。ので２点とします。 I sometimes go out with friends because I like them. I don't really like ramen and noodles, so I order basic mixed soba noodles. It's a safe taste, but I thought I didn't need baby star ramen because it was a little too strong. The ramen itself is rated 3 points, but you may have to wait strangely, and even when there are no customers, you may have to wait for nearly an hour. So I will give it 2 points.
ゆ	ゆめ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.4ヶ月ぐらいに一度くらいで食べています。背脂しょうゆが好きで食べに行くのですが…間違いなく由利本荘市で一番に提供スピードが遅いです。一番に入店しても15分待ち。何回か行った感じだと、一人に5分かかっている感じがします。例えば、テーブルに4人、カウンターに4人待っている人がいたとすれば自分に提供されるのは45分後。駐車場に車が多いなら50分以上は待つ気持ちで行った方がいいと思います。何で厨房に4人くらいもいるのにあんなに遅いのか…ラーメンは美味しいのに残念です。 I eat it about once every 3.4 months. I like backfat soy sauce and go to eat it, but it's definitely the slowest in Yurihonjo City. Wait 15 minutes even if you enter the store first. If I went there several times, I feel that it took 5 minutes for each person. For example, if there are 4 people waiting at the table and 4 people at the counter, it will be offered to you in 45 minutes. If there are many cars in the parking lot, you should wait for 50 minutes or more. Why is it so late when there are about 4 people in the kitchen ... It's a shame that the ramen is delicious.
ウ	ウパぴょん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 獄太麺でスープはドロドロで、油膜があります。何をいただいたか忘れてしまいましたが、お店のランキング1位のメニュー頂きました。何となく入店したけど…お客様も途切れずポツリポツリといたので…平均的には美味しいのでしょう！私は好みでは無いかなぁ〜 The soup is muddy and has an oil film. I forgot what I received, but I got the menu that ranked first in the store. し	しなちく on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21時迄営業との事で、遅い時間に初お邪魔。一番人気の河内家醤油注文。極太麺縮れで濃厚スープがよく絡み、食べ応えありますね。若干硬めに茹でているのかな？スープはかなり濃厚、底に魚粉が層を作ってました。塩気も丁度よかったです。 It is open until 21:00, so I will bother you for the first time at a late time.
