★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭くておばちゃん一人なので出て来るまでに時間が掛かります。味はまあまあかな。駐車場は隣の秋田銀行へ止められます。道路向かって右側は他店の駐車場なので止めないこと。
It ’s a small aunt, so it takes time to come out. The taste is pretty good. The parking lot is stopped at the adjacent Akita Bank. Don't stop on the right side of the road because it is a parking lot at another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 煮干がほのかに香るスープが特徴ですが、基本的には本荘特有の硬めの親鳥肉が乗った中華そばです。醤油ラーメンが好きならオススメ。第二土曜日や大型連休中は火水木以外にも店が開いていることがあります。
It is characterized by a soup with a slightly scented simmered chicken, but it is basically a Chinese soba with hard chicken meat unique to Honjo. Recommended if you like soy sauce ramen. On the second Saturday and during major holidays, there may be other shops besides Tuesday and Thursday.

美味しいです。
好みは分かれそうですが…
この辺り特有の硬い鶏肉もコリコリ？ゴリゴリ？？
して個人的には好きです〜♪
久しぶりに大盛りを頼みましたが最後まで
一気に食べれました。
