y	yutalo 35xxx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに利用しましたが、唐揚げを注文したところ中が完全に生で提供されました。店員に申し出たところ、「あー、これはまずいですねぇ」と悪ビレもなく撤収。揚げ直してきますーとは言っていたが、私がかぶりついたものを揚げ直したのか？！形を覚えてるわけではないのでどうなのかは店の方のみぞ知るというところですが… 新しいものでご用意しますとの言葉を聞いていないだけに非常に不安です。そんな感じのお店です。酷いですね。笑赤いトンカツをウリにしているようですが、みなさんはピンク色のロゼ色と、生のピンク色をきちんと見極めて食べてくださいね。 HACCPが義務化されたのにも関わらずこの杜撰な管理はどうなんでしょうか。保健所にも届出をしておこうと思います。 I used it for lunch, but when I ordered fried chicken, the inside was served completely raw. y	yukiosanset naganoken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日、久々に土岐市の遊庵に行きました。一人なので、でかいお皿のカウンターへ座りました。謎の部分が判明しました。何故かカウンターの端にお皿がドーンと置いてある？ 1回目は気付けなかったが今回は、お客さんが多いせいか洗い物をしていた。お皿の後方に流し台があるのがわかりました。お客様に洗い物中に水がかかるのを防ぐことと、目の前で食べるお客様に失礼になるから置いてあると思います。ロースカツ200gに挑戦した！メッチャ柔らかい。よく見たら厚さ32mm位ありそうな。カツができるのに時間がかかると言われ『大丈夫です』と言いました。待った買いがあります。20分位待ちます。値段が安いものありますよ！はじめての遊庵。トンカツ厚み(25mm くらい)があってたいへん美味しいかったです。カウンターの上にデカイお皿が置いてあり目の前で食べました。この辺は美濃焼ですかね！人お客も時間帯11頃はそんなに多くはなかった。キャベツも大盛でいただきました。 Today, I went to Yuan in Toki City for the first time in a while.
