法務局で登記簿を閲覧して、勝手にダイレクトメールを送るような法令違反スレスレの商売をしています。不動産の登記を変更すると、地域の方はもれなくこの会社からダイレクトメールが届きますのでお気をつけください。個人情報なんて保護されません。
電話で問い合わせたところ、女性社員からは、何が悪いのか？という程度の会社です。

リフォームに際して行っていない工事の代金まで請求され疑いなく支払いました。
後日、会社に相談して返金されましたが、そういう社員のいる会社です。
その後も住み始めれば手抜きが多数。
こちらから相談したことは適当にやってくれますが、聞かなかったことは何もしてくれなかった印象です。
注文住宅が本業だから中古マンションに手抜きなのは仕方ないのかもしれませんが、高い買い物を任せる気にはなれませんし、二度と利用することはないです。
請求されたリフォーム箇所や会社の建物を見るたびに不愉快な気持ちになります。
