T	Tatsu Kato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和歌山の地元の人に勧められて、お店にお邪魔しました。料理のレベルが非常に高く、盛り付けや持ってくる順番にも気をつけている感じがあり、非常に美味しくいただくことができました。カウンターでいただきましたが、天井が鏡になっており職人さんの仕事のおてもとを、見ることができ、料理を待っている間も雰囲気を楽しむことができました。お邪魔したときには、真鯛をさばいており、こまめに包丁を替えつつきれいに解体される様子を見ることができました。いただいた料理の中でイチオシは、もちろん刺身ですが、魚の皮のポン酢和えが食べたことのないメニューで、非常においしかったです。刺身で提供している魚の皮を一度素揚げして、ポン酢につけネギと大根おろしで食べます。ヒラメ、真鯛、寒グレの味がそれぞれ特徴があり、楽しめました。揚げ物も非常に美味しく、イカ天に関しては、モンコウイカのゲソの部分とペラの部分が揚げてあり、濃厚な味わいでした。 I visited the shop on the recommendation of a local in Wakayama. Of course, the best dish I had was sashimi, but the fish skin with ponzu sauce was a menu I had never eaten, and it was very delicious. Deep-fried fish skin provided as sashimi, soak it in ponzu sauce, and eat it with green onions and grated radish. I enjoyed the taste of flatfish, red sea bream, and cold gray. The fried food was also very delicious, and as for the squid heaven, the geso part and the pella part of the squid were fried, and it had a rich taste.
