最初は一見さん御断りっぽい雰囲気があって気まずいと思ってましたが、何度か行くと結構居心地が良い。
お肉は少々お高めだが美味しい。
しかし、ほとんどの肉が既にタレで味付けされてある。
タン以外で塩で味付けされてるのを見た事がない。
せめて、全てのお肉の味付けが塩とタレのどちらかを選べるようにしてほしい。
タレが濃い過ぎてどの肉を食べてもタレ味って感じなので、せっかくの良いお肉が台無しで勿体無い感じがします。
The exterior and interior look a little old fashioned.
At first, I thought it would be awkward to have an atmosphere that refused at first glance, but after a few trips I felt quite comfortable.
The meat is a little expensive but delicious.
However, most meat is already seasoned with sauce.
I've never seen it seasoned with salt except tongue.
At the very least, I want you to be able to choose either salt or sauce for all meat seasonings.
The sauce is too thick and it tastes like any meat you eat, so it feels like it's spoiled and the waste isn't good.
