★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビル一棟がお店になっていて、大勢でも二人でも個室があるのが素晴らしい。錦で一番好きな焼肉店。三丁目にしてはお値打ちで、シャトーブリアンも美味しくてとっても安いと感じられました。補足ですがここの生レモンサワーが今まで飲んだ中で一番好き。
It is wonderful that one building is a shop, and there are private rooms for many and two people. My favorite barbecue restaurant in Kashiwa. It was good value for 3rd Street, and it was felt that Chateau Brien was delicious and very cheap. As a supplement, I like the best lemon sour here has ever drunk.

個人的には得意なお肉の感じではなかったです。

真っ黒な6階建てくらいのビルで、知らない人には何屋さんかわからないかも。このビルの2階から5階まで175席あるフロアが毎日予約でいっぱい!驚きの集客力ですね。人気の理由はもちろんお肉の美味しさ!新鮮なお肉が最高の状態で味わえます。デザートやドリンク、お酒に力を入れてる所も嬉しいですね。お相手を問わず勧められるお店です。食後にサービスとして提供されるジャスミンティーもそうですが、「おもてなし」の姿勢も最高のお店です。

特に牛タンはおそらく冷凍機械切りで激しく薄くて量も少なくこれが1枚300円かと思うとがっかりでした。写真を撮るのすら忘れていました。
1枚目のミスジは非常に美味しいですが1枚700円程度とお高め。
2枚目は 赤身腕肉盛り合わせ。サシの入ったお肉ですが薄くこれもやや割高な印象。
3枚目は2枚の方が上カルビで4枚の方がサガリです。美味しいですが1枚500円近く払うようなお肉ではないです。
4枚目はヒレの湯霜造りで、とても柔らかくあっさりして良い肉だと感じました。当然高いです。
石焼ビビンバは変わっており、最後に卵をかけるスタイル。おこげがとても美味しくこれに関してはまた来てでも食べたいと思いました。
全体的に割高感が強く、正直焼肉を食べに行くいうよりかは接待や同伴に使う店という印象でした。また自分自身で特別な日に行くにしては味がやや落ちる感じがあり、あくまで雰囲気重視の店だと感じます。
個人的には味の方が重要なのでリピートはしないです。
雰囲気や接客に関しては非常に高級感が溢れており素敵なお店ですが焼肉店としての評価として低めにつけました。

The first piece of blade steak is very delicious, but it costs about 700 yen per piece.
The second piece is assorted lean arm meat. The meat contains sashimi, but it is thin and slightly expensive.
As for the third piece, 2 pieces are upper ribs and 4 pieces are sagari. It's delicious, but it's not the kind of meat you pay for nearly 500 yen per sheet.
The fourth piece was made with fillet frost, and I felt it was very tender and light and good meat. Naturally it is expensive.
The stone-grilled bibimbap has changed, and the style of sprinkling eggs at the end. The sardines are very delicious and I wanted to eat this again when I came back.
Overall, it was very expensive, and I had the impression that it was a restaurant used for entertainment and companionship rather than going to eat yakiniku. Also, if you go to a special day on your own, the taste will be a little off, and I feel that it is a restaurant that emphasizes the atmosphere.
Personally, the taste is more important, so I don't repeat it.
The atmosphere and customer service are very luxurious and it is a nice restaurant, but I gave it a low rating as a yakiniku restaurant.
