弘	弘昌 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅駐車場前に営業車を違法駐車されました。車内にあった社名とお客の個人情報が書かれた書類でお店が分かり、その後予定もあった為、すぐに移動するよう連絡した所、携帯を車内に放置されており結局ドライバー(社長さん)が現れるまで自分の車で待機させられました。やっと現れた社長さんに適当な謝罪をされ、そのまま帰られた為にクレームを入れると、言い訳とまた形ばかりの謝罪。態度に腹を立てている事を伝えると逆ギレされ、その後無言放置。お店の社員の方も社長は何度かこういう事をがあると呑気に仰ってましたし、個人情報の取り扱いと言い、本当に進物を扱っているお店ですか？お客の住所氏名電話番号が書かれた書類をしかも車外から見える位置に放置って今の時代あってはならない事ではないんですか？シャディ本社に連絡させて頂きまして、そこでやっと適切な対応をします。と仰って下さいました。本社の対応はしっかりしておられたし、謝罪もして頂きました。しかし、このお店を利用しなくて本当に良かったと思う気持ちは変わりません。本当は星１つも付けたくないです。 The sales car was illegally parked in front of the home parking lot.
