あ	あひ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プレゼント用にタイバーを購入。まず、店員さんが無知でタイバーの裏表が分かっておらず指摘しても理解できないようでした。プレゼントを渡すと相手から「中古…？」と言われ、確認すると傷だらけで大恥かきました。その場で店舗に電話をしましたが、在庫がないから取り寄せる→私の購入した品を店舗に送る→品を確認後新しいタイピンを私に郵送という何日かかるの？というような事を言われました。なるべく最短で交換したかったので、こちらから店舗に出向いて交換してもらいました。購入時の店員さんもいましたが、謝罪や会釈なども無く不愉快でした。交換時の店員さんもこちらの気持ちをすっきりしてくれるような接客力はなく、交通費と時間を無駄にしました。ティファニーは好きですが、とても嫌な思い出になりました。 I bought a tie bar for a present.
