く	くぼのゆうすけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軽井沢から車を走らせ20分、お洒落で細部まで様々なこだわりを感じる隠れ家レストランがあります。その名は八ケ倉(ヤカクラ)。この地の名前のようです。以前、こちらのホームページを拝見し、前から気になってはいたのですが、なかなかお邪魔する機会がありませんでしたが、この度ようやく念願叶いました。ランチ1100円。ジェノベーゼのシーフードパスタをいただきました。まずは、サラダをいただき、しばらくしてからパスタ到着です。これまた、ジェノベーゼソースが抜群に美味しい、パスタとの絡み具合がなんとも秀逸。このジェノベーゼソースにパンとか付いてたら絶対につけて食べるだろうな～！最後にアイスクリームをいただいてフィニッシュです！あとはコーヒーを飲みながらのんびりさせてもらった。店員さんの人も気持ちの良い接客。とっても好印象。まわりにはこの辺の方なのでしょうか〜観光客もいるのかな？平日だったんで近所の方が多かったのかも。それにしてもこちらのお店、店舗面積がかなり広いですね～何席くらい座れるのであろうか。そしてお店の中も面白い作りになっているのが印象的だった。漫画本が置いてあるスペースやパーティールームなど、また訪ねたいお店になりました。テイクアウト（お持ち帰り用）の自家製パン、食べるのが楽しみでお店を後にするのでした。また軽井沢に立ち寄ったらここまで足をのばしてみよ～ There is a hideaway restaurant where you can drive from Karuizawa for 20 minutes and feel a variety of details in a stylish way.
