こ	こみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入ってすぐ「◯人ですが入れますか」と聞いたら、ハイでもイイエでもなく「ご予約は？」と聞き返され、予約でいっぱいなのかと思ったら結局すんなり通され、会話が成り立ってない感じで最初からなんとなくモヤっとしました(^_^;) 学生バイト？の子はみんな慣れてないのか新人感がありました。奥さんなのかわかりませんが、ベテランの女性はチャキチャキしてて感じが良かったです。味は、期待してたのとちょっと違いました…。都内でお店出してたという情報みて期待しすぎました。山芋100%のはフワッフワのを想像してましたが、刻んだ山芋なのかな？思ってたのと食感も違うし、味つけもしてあるのかと思うくらい薄くてかなりがっかりしました。もんじゃは美味しかったです。 Immediately after I entered, when I asked "I'm a ◯ person, can I enter?", I was asked "What is your reservation?" ほ	ほげほげ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪。以前から接客は酷かったが、今日は特に酷かった。もう行くことはないでしょう。料理が出てきても水もおしぼりも持ってこない。マヨネーズを別で持ってきてください、とお願いしていたらマヨネーズを持ってこない。初めに注文した焼きそばは一時間たっても持ってこない。確認したら「今作っている」とか嘘を言う始末。その間に後から注文した他の客の料理がいくつも出ているのに。なぜすぐバレるようなことを言うのか。忘れていたなら否を認めて誠意を持って素直に謝ってほしい。それだけでこっちは気が晴れたのに。やっと焼きそばが出てきた際、いつの間にか店員に火を止められていたので鉄板は冷え切っていました。それに気が付いたのは追加で注文したお好み焼きを半分くらい食べたときでした。やけにぬるい焼きそばやお好み焼き焼きだなぁ、と。何の為の鉄板なんでしょうね？ちなみにお好み焼きも焼きそばも目玉焼きがもれなく付いていて選択の余地がない。単価を上げるためでしょうがそれもイマイチ。 terrible.
