スタッドレスの履き替えで行きましたが、「ホイールが劣化していて危険」「最悪脱輪」とかあおりたてて特価品のホイールセットを押売りしてきます。事実にも無い恐怖心を植え付けて売り込む姿勢が最悪です。二度と利用しません。
 Worst tire sales.
I went to change my studless tires, but I'm going to sell a bargain wheel set, saying "Wheels are deteriorated and dangerous" and "Worst derailment". The attitude of instilling unrealistic fear and selling it is the worst. I will never use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週の中でも、一番忙しいい日曜日の閉店前、車検を見積もりしてもらいました。対応いただいた、スタッフの方は、元気よく、ハキハキと、私のわからぬことも丁寧に教えてくれました。おかげで、安心して車検もおまかせできると思い、依頼しました。
Before the store closed on the busiest Sunday of the week, I got a quote for a car inspection. The staff who responded cheerfully and politely taught me what I didn't understand. Thanks to that, I thought that I could leave the vehicle inspection with confidence, so I requested it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年購入した冬用タイヤの交換だけをしたいため電話にて問い合わせしたら、予約しないで店に来いと対応された。伺ったらアプリから予約しないと受け付けないと言われた。だったら最初からそう言え。二度とこの店で購入しない。去年の交換でもまだ交換不要な部品も売りつけられた。星1もつける価値ない。
I just wanted to replace the winter tires I bought last year, so when I contacted him by phone, he told me to come to the store without making a reservation. When I asked, I was told that I would not accept it unless I made a reservation from the app. Then say so from the beginning. Never buy at this store again. Even with last year's replacement, parts that still do not need to be replaced were sold. It's not worth adding 1 star.

ピットの整備士さんが丁寧な対応をしてくれますので良いですね!
ピット以外のスタッフさんも気が利いてますよ!
説明の仕方も解りやすいです。
黄色の帽子で嫌な対応を何回かされたので、車の用品はこの店で買っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関越自動車道で、タイヤがバ-ストし、ロ-ドサ-ビスに運んでもらいました。大手チェーン店なので、信頼して油断してしまいました。ボッタクられました。星は一つもあげたくないです。最悪な店舗です。
On the Kan-Etsu Expressway, the tires burst and I had them carried by the road service. It's a major chain store, so I trusted it and was alert. I was rip-off. I don't want to give any stars. The worst store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as big as some of their stores but they have seven bays for car repairs/upgrades. The bays are well lit and very clean. Entry is only in the southbound lane as there is a divider.
