堀	堀速人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪問。みなさん好評価のようですが、率直な印象は、家系スープをお湯で希釈したような感じ（あっさりめ）で、温度もぬるめ。初回と2度目でかなり評価が変わる事もあるので、また行ってみたいとは思う店でした。 First visit. バ	バスの運転手 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前日は遅番で深夜に帰宅も腹が減って5時半に起床→コレはチャンスと気になっていたコチラへ2時間掛けて朝ラーに来ました。自分はバイクでの訪問ですが広い駐車場にトラック運転手のオアシスですね。コッテリしたスープに麺は北関東の「生きてる麺」の中細ストレート麺で柔らかめな茹で加減も相性抜群でまいう〜♪ ごま油と醤油ダレ、魔法の粉で和えた和えネギもメチャクチャ旨くてお値段ちょっとお高めだけでバッチリキマりましたね。ちなみに和えネギの中に2〜3本ですが短いニンニクの芽が入っていたんですがコチラは先日訪問した「ラーメンショップ羽生インター店」の出身との事で出身店に合わせて同じように入れていたようです。 The day before, I was late and got hungry at midnight and got up at 5:30. → This was a chance and I took 2 hours to come to Ra in the morning. 黒	黒糸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高校生の時から通って10年くらいになります。亭主の方が1番美味しいのですが、バイトの子が作ったりする時もあるので、麺の味にばらつきがあります。スープは標準で背脂が入っていてこってりめです。あっさりが好きな方は苦手かもしれません。食券を購入してからの注文ですが、券を渡すときスープの濃さや麺の硬さなど細かく指定できます。小盛や大盛りも出来ます。写真は味噌ラーメンのこってりです。他の方が書いているスープがぬるい、ですがダンプ運転手やトラック運転手さんがお客さんで多いので提供されてからすぐ食べられるように多少ぬるめにしているのではと思います。私は猫舌なのでこの位の温度がすぐに食べられて丁度いいなと思っています。私は味噌ラーメンばかり食べていますが、ほかのラーメン屋の味噌ラーメンと違い野菜炒めが乗ってません(？) 店内は4人掛けのテーブル席が2つとカウンター席があります。少し店内は狭いですが回転率はいいです。机等はベタベタしてなくてとても清潔です。亭主の方がジャズがお好きで店内のBGMはジャズがかかっています。休日はかなり混んでいるので、初めての方は平日に来店された方がいいかと思います。ふとした時にこのラーメン屋さんの味を思い出してしまう程ここのラーメンは美味しいと私は思います。 It's been about 10 years since I was in high school. ジ	ジョナサンフェルナンド on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々の本家本元"赤看板"でのラーショ。ネギ味噌チャーシュー麺カタとライスを注文。スープを飲むと、あーこんな味だったなと思い出しました。背脂もいいアクセント！スープに浸したチャーシューにネギを乗せ少しのニンニクを乗せひと口食べると、あまりの柔らかさと染み込んだタレの味に白米をかっ込む事しかできませんでした。そこの記憶はないです。無心でした。麺は相変わらずのカタメと言いつつ柔らかめな麺。もうこれはラーショテンプレ。笑ネギも赤い蓋の白い粉とごま油が効いてて大変美味。全てトータルで美味なネギ味噌でした！ Ramen at the original "red sign" of the head family after a long absence.
