カーテンも家具も購入したことがあります。はいたつもていねいでした。

２つの家具屋で見積もりして、別の家具屋の方が圧倒的に安くてそちらで購入したら、後日、社長が逆ギレの電話してきて、文句言ったあげく電話ガチャギリされました。
ちなみに見積もり時にアフターフォローがどんな感じなのか聞いたら、メーカーに、問い合わせしてください、ってスタンスでしたが、別家具屋は一年過ぎた後も自分達に連絡くれれば、メーカーとの橋渡し的な対応します、と言ってくれて、同じ家具屋でもこんなにも対応違うんだなと、感じました。
他の家具屋での購入をおすすめします。

By the way, when I asked what the after-sales follow-up was like at the time of quotation, I had a stance of contacting the manufacturer, but if another furniture store contacts them even after a year has passed, it will be a bridge with the manufacturer. He told me that he would respond, and I felt that the same furniture store would respond so differently.
We recommend purchasing at another furniture store.
