「最低週1回以上ご連絡を致します」等の約束事項は、一切果たされなかった。
キャンセルの電話をするが名前を伝えただけで、依頼内容を確認される事もなかった。
かなりガッカリです。

 While considering purchasing a second-hand apartment, we went to the Onoya real estate fair. I filled out a request for a property search and waited for a call later.
Promises such as "I will contact you at least once a week" were not fulfilled at all.
He called for cancellation but only gave his name and he did not confirm the request.
It is quite disappointing.
