美味しい和食とお酒が楽しめます。
広島は、アナゴか有名との事で、最初に頂いたのが、アナゴの刺身。
紅葉おろしとポン酢で頂きましたが、とても美味しかったです?
ふぐ刺しの様な食感。
お酒が進む進む。
次に頼んだのは、アナゴのたれ焼きと素焼き‼️
どちらも、大変美味しかったです?
アナゴを色々な調理方法で、食べられるのは良いですね〜。
次は、ワタリガニ?
身がプリップリでした?

あなご生ちりポン酢は必ず食べてください。
天ぷらも丁寧で、蓮根のエビ挟み揚げがとても良かったですし、サザエの刺身は肝を天ぷらにしてくださっていました。
あなご白焼きとあなごがば焼きを両方いただきましたが、それぞれの違いがとても良いです。

生ちり、天ぷら、日本酒、〆の鶏そば…どれを食べても飲んでも最高でした。天ぷらは値段のわりに高級店か？と思うほどに美味しく、次に広島に来た時も必ず訪れたいお店です。
アナゴの料理屋はいくつかあると思いますが、ここは外さないのでオススメです。
