A	A L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared to queue. I waited about 40mins before it was my turn. They have store branch in other parts of Japan. I believe this is the main branch. Most customers were locals, comprising of families, office personnel. Hiroshima okonomiyaki is made by layering flour mixture base, cabbage, bean sprouts, meat slices and letting the vegetables cook and collapse over time. Then a choice of udon or soba is stir fried and added to the okonomiyaki with egg on top and coated with a sweet savory sauce. The portion is big and hence i requested for half udon for my order. The service staff was able to accommodate this request and reminded that the price wont change, which is acceptable and reasonable. The okonomiyaki is made to order and hence waiting time of about 30mins after entering the store while its cooking. Also ordered grilled seafood which was really fresh and delicious. Knowing the okonomiyaki is quite big, i refrained from ordering the grilled beef, which is also very delicious (delicious smells from other customer's order). Overall, very delicious food, highly recommend to dine in for this Hiroshima specialty. Price was reasonable.
B	Bruno Rigonatti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mouth-watering, traditional Hiroshima okonomiyaki. Order a beer and watch as it’s made right in front of you among infinite other orders. The okonomiyaki is huge and oh so delicious, blending tons of flavors and textures. Don’t expect anything fancy, this is a classic, simple Japanese joint. I got here early and stood in line for 40 minutes to try this, on my last evening in town. Totally worth it.
フ	フウビ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply put, this place is the best Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki available. I recieved advice to try other Okonomiyaki before coming here, and boy were they right. Hassho's expertly crafted Okonomiyaki blew everything else out of the water, which was surprising considering the assembly process used to churn these bad boys out. The environment is great fun, watching the team prepare the okonomiyaki right in front of you all the while beers kept flowing from the all friendly staff. Do expect to queue to get into this place, we came 7.30 on Friday night and weren't eating to 8.45. But we have no regrets, definitely worth the wait. Highly recommended, 5/5 stars.
M	Mark T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw this place on TV when the Hairy Bikers visited. Had to queue up, but Okonomiyaki is the tastiest thing I've eaten for years. You sit up at a counter and the chefs cook it on a hotplate in front of you. Recommended.
