m	ma sata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島のお好み焼き屋さんを調べてて観光客より地元民が多そうなお店を探して辿り着きました。場所が繁華街にあり、夜は女1人だと若干足早になります。開店直後に入ったので座れましたが、小さなお店でかつ予約が取れないそうなので早めに行くのをおすすめします。広島名物のがんすと小さめのそば玉を注文。がんすははじめて食べましたがお酒のつまみ的な感じでした。お好み焼きの方はそばはしっかり焼いてあるけど柔らかさも残る感じです。時間かけて焼いているからかキャベツが甘いです。なんというか一体感があります。ソースとキャベツの甘さがちょうど良くてくどくないです。 I searched for an okonomiyaki restaurant in Hiroshima and found a restaurant that seems to have more locals than tourists. For okonomiyaki, the soba is baked well, but the softness remains. The cabbage is sweet probably because it is baked for a long time. There is a sense of unity. The sweetness of the sauce and cabbage is just right and not too bad.
