サザエ・平目・雲丹・ソイのお刺身、秋田由利牛のカルビとキャベツの炒め物、ノドグロのしょっつる鍋物など、どの料理も地物を中心とした厳選素材を使った素晴らしいものでした。日本酒は秋田県内の有名どころがほぼ揃っていて、中にはシリアルナンバー入りの貴重なものもありました。

All dishes such as Sazae, Hirame, sea urchin, sea urchin sashimi, Akita Yuri beef's ribs and cabbage stir-fry, and Nodogro's shochu pot were all excellent using carefully selected local ingredients. Sake is almost all famous in Akita Prefecture, and some of them were valuable with serial numbers.
