ATMと窓口が多いため、混んでいても待たされない。

支店どこでもいいというので、インターネット支店の口座開設
→ インターネット支店では引き落とし不可と言われる(理由不明)
八千代支店にきて口座開設
→ 何故か名前を間違えられて登録される(その場で指摘した)
その場で口座振替申し込み用紙を渡して、申し込み完了したと言われる
→ 後日、申し込みされていなくて振替失敗したと連絡される
正直擁護しようがないです。
少なくとも消費者にとって、
ただでさえメガバンクよりサービスの悪い地銀を選ぶ理由などないのに、
さらにここまで不快な思いをさせられるとは思いませんでした。
さらに言えば、このコロナ禍において対面でないと口座開設できない意味もよくわかりません。すべて郵送で済む話だと思います。
千葉銀って一体なんなんですか？
I decided to open an account for Chiba Bank because I needed it for fund transfer.
Open an account at an internet branch because you can go anywhere
→ It is said that withdrawals are not possible at Internet branches (reason unknown)
Come to Yachiyo branch and open an account
→ For some reason, the name was mistaken and registered (pointed out on the spot)
It is said that the application was completed by handing over the account transfer application form on the spot.
→ Later, you will be informed that the transfer has failed because you did not apply.
I can't defend it honestly.
At least for consumers
Even though there is no reason to choose a regional bank with poorer service than Mega Bank
Moreover, I didn't think it would make me feel so uncomfortable.
Furthermore, I don't really understand the meaning of opening an account without face-to-face in this corona disaster. I think it's all done by mail.
