Since it is in front of the station, I feel that it is okay to have more ATMs, but it was helpful to have a good support even if it took time to complete the procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大分前の話ですが・・ずっと記帳しないでいて、まとめて記帳された部分の明細が必要になり手続きに行ったら若い女性行員に終始馬鹿にしたような態度で対応された。面倒な作業だったのかも知れないしメガバンクからすれば私はゴミみたいな客なんだろうけど、あまりにも酷い態度だった。
As for Oita, I didn't keep a book all the time, and when I went to the procedure because I needed the details of the part that was posted together, I was treated with a stupid attitude from a young female clerk all the time. It may have been a tedious task, and from the perspective of a megabank, I would be a trash guest, but it was a terrible attitude.

運転免許証を見せただけで対応変えるって…、人としてどうなんですかね？
非常識極まりなさすぎる。

Just showing your driver's license will change your response ... What about you as a person?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場代は45分無料と表示されていますが土日祝は窓口の駐車券処理機が使えないので有料です。機械を探し回る手間がかかりました。看板に書いといて欲しかった。
The parking fee is displayed as free for 45 minutes, but on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays there is a charge because the parking ticket processing machine at the counter cannot be used. It took a lot of time to search for the machine. I wanted you to write it on the signboard.
