★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八千代市の某焼き肉店にいたご主人が開いたお店。ご主人は韓国の方、奥様は秋田の方。お肉は2枚～3枚が基本。注文が入ると網に挟み炭火で焼いてくれる。私は肉よりも氷下魚がプリっとして美味しく感じた。キムチは深漬けなので酸っぱいキムチが好きな人向きだが食感などは本場のそれである。まだまだ上積みを見込めるお店。
A shop opened by the husband who was in a grilled meat shop in Yachiyo. My husband is from Korea and my wife is from Akita. 2 to 3 meats are basic. When an order is placed, it is sandwiched between nets and baked over charcoal. I felt the fish under ice was more delicious than meat. Kimchi is deep-dipped so it is suitable for people who like sour kimchi, but the texture is the real thing. A store that can be expected to accumulate more.
