★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たいへんスッキリとした街のスッキリしたステーションです。回りは公園や綺麗な戸建てに中高層マンションが目だちます。 東葉高速線の運賃はとてもお高くなっており日中はやや少なめ感の約15分間隔の様です。 駅前のマルエツは普通な感じでした。深紅に白ラインの東洋バスが各方面へ発着してました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅周辺には中高層マンションや起伏にとんだ戸建て住宅街が広がります。
駅周辺は綺麗ですが、バスが少し少ないと感じました。八千代市は市の北側に鉄道網がしかれていないので、少し不便そうでした。
また、仕方のないことですが市役所の最寄り駅にしては駅から市役所まで道が入り組みすぎててわかり辛かったです。
