It is also the nearest station for the fireworks display of Yachiyo City.新しい Maybe there is a new discovery in a savage town.

き	きまぐれ旅人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幼い頃から京成電車を乗り降りしていた思い入れのある駅です。周りは再開発で少し変わりましたが、こじんまりしている感じは今も昔も一緒です。特急通過駅ですが、住宅街の中にある駅なので平日の朝と夜はそれなりに混雑しています。また、当駅始発の普通列車も朝と夜にあります。(ダイヤ改正の度に減ってる気がしますが) 改札は上野方に２ヶ所あり、数年前に車椅子利用者用の通路も用意され、バリアフリー化もされています。 It's a station with the feeling of getting on and off the Keisei train from an early age. ち	ちゃろ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改札が一方にしかないので、端の車両で降りると駅を出るまでかなり歩く。また、特急、快速特急等の電車が止まらないので遠出の時は1回乗ってわざわざ隣駅で快速特急に乗り換えたりするのでやや不便。普通列車と快速列車しか乗ることが出来ないが、裏を返せば割と人の少ない電車に乗ることが出来る。駅構内に踏切があり、閉じてしまうと発車まで渡れないので、時間に余裕を持って行かないと乗りそびれる。駅員さんは対応がよく、朝挨拶してくれたりする。夕方も若いお兄さんが頑張っててなんか良かった。 There is only one ticket gate, so if you get off at the end of the train, you will walk a lot until you leave the station.
