こちらのお店は店主1人で切り盛りしていて、仕込みに惜しみなく手間ひまをかけているので完全予約制です。
It is a restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal ingredients as kaiseki cuisine.
Since seasonal ingredients are short throughout the four seasons, we decide the date and time of reservation while checking with the owner when each ingredient is available.
This shop is managed by the owner alone, and it takes a lot of time and effort to prepare, so it is a complete reservation system.
