Kamenoo, Yoneju, and authentic plum wine are recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not famous, but they make a very good sake. They sale sake directly and usually like in many Sakagura in Tohoku, they give in present to you something.
I asked to buy some sakekasu too, they gave me in present a few kilograms, when in other place you have to pay from 300 to 800yen for 2-300 grams.
Good Sake Beiju and Asahikawa.
They produce also aged sake, very nice.
