また、食事の面でもそれぞれの要望に答えている姿が素晴らしかったです。
看護師さんやケアマネージャーさんなども含め、理事長、職員の対応が良い。と私は思いました。
理事長さんは自ら仕事をして、掃除、介護など沢山のお仕事をしていらっしゃいました。
この様な良い老人ホームは他には無いのでは…と私は思います。
私は現在高校生ですが、職場体験(ボランティア)を通して思った事は、将来の夢にこの様な老人ホームで働くことなどを考えに入れてみたい。と新たに夢ができました。
お年寄りの方々との時間を大切にし、尚且楽しみながら。というのも良いですね(*^^*)
The correspondence of the staff was wonderful and I was very impressed.
Also, in terms of food, it was wonderful to see them responding to each request.
The response of the president and staff, including nurses and care managers, is good. I thought.
The chairman did his own work and did a lot of work such as cleaning and nursing care.
I don't think there is any other good nursing home like this ...
I am currently a high school student, but what I thought through my work experience (volunteer) is that I would like to consider working in such a nursing home for my future dreams. I have a new dream.
While valuing time with the elderly and having fun. That's also good (* ^^ *)
