r	re it on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11年目で屋根壁の塗装をお願いしました。最初違う会社で見積もりをお願いしたのですが、話を聞きに行くと、自宅エリアで実績を作りたいので広告費を兼ねてかなり安くすると言われその場で返答が欲しいと言われました。怪しすぎます…。その後、ホームライフさんが営業に来られたので、疑心暗鬼で一応話だけと聞きにいきました。話を聞いてびっくり。ポイントとなる場所を写真で細かく撮ってそれぞれの問題点と大丈夫な点をきっちり説明して頂きました。なので、何故今すべきかなど細かく教えて頂き、またその場で返答など圧をかけられる事は決してなくじっくり家で考える事ができました。営業の岡田さんも色んな細かい私の質問に真摯に答えて頂き私自身も家についていい勉強になりました。施工中も様子を何度か見に来て頂きありがとうございます。施工して頂いた渡辺さんはとても礼儀正しく毎日作業日誌で何をしているか確認出来るのも良かったと思います。完成後は屋根まで確認させて頂きましたが、細かいとこまで綺麗にして頂いてました。ホームライフは担当に応じて何人かの人にお会いしましたが、皆さん、それぞれ熱心に一緒に考えてくださるので安心して任せる事ができました。今はキラキラ光る壁を見るたび、して良かったーって満足してます。今後も長いお付き合いが出来たらとおもいます。初めてレビューしたのも、色んな施工業者がある中で参考になればと思って投稿させて頂きました。 I asked you to paint the roof wall in the 11th year. 磯	磯崎直之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築14年での1回目の塗装。年数的にそろそろということで塗装実施（引っ張りすぎるとクリア塗装ができないというのも決め手）。グーグルで近くの塗装業者を検索し、あたりを付けて3社に見積依頼。決め手は１．価格が適正であったこと。そもそも安いのがうたい文句の業者には見積とっていないのですが２．アステックさんの塗料の選択肢があったこと（アステックさんのを選択しました）３．保証が長かったこと。あくまでも施工保証なので大きく期待できるものではないが、12年というのはあって悪いものではない。ほんとに10年後に問題が起きたときにはどうやって施工瑕疵の証明するのかなぁと思ってもいるが、あって悪いものではない（2回目）。４．営業本間さんの質疑応答のすばらしさ。正しい受け答えは安心します。最後の検査で足場に上り確認しましたが、施工の出来は悪くはなかったですが、一部建具への塗料滴下がありふき取ってもらいました。また、シール材？の廃材が残っていたり、素人でも見える程度なので、チェックはもう少し細かくした方がいいかなくらいで98点ですね。それと、毎日作業内容のノートがおいてありましたが、翌日の作業内容が書いてありましたが、例えば「クリア部塗装」とかで、施主がしりたい内容、例えば「クリア部塗装で１Fが匂うと思う」とか「高圧洗浄でエンジンポンプが起動するので明日はうるさいです」とか、こちら視点のアドバイスがあればベストです。コロナ在宅勤務なので、うるさいのは結構答えました。いずれにしろ、総じて★５の業者さんだと考えます The first painting in 14 years.
