★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高かったのに、全く汚れが落ちておらず。。あまりの仕上がりに驚いて、手でこすったら汚れがとれたレベルのものだったのに。。仕方なく家で手洗いしてみたらすなり綺麗になりました。
Although it was expensive, the dirt was not removed at all. .. I was surprised at the finish, and when I rubbed it with my hands, the dirt was removed. .. I had no choice but to wash my hands at home and it became beautiful.

・安くはない
染み抜きを頼んでいたのですが全くできておらず、理由が依頼されていなかったから、とのこと。
どこに何由来でできた染みがあるのかという説明を依頼時に同じ店員にしたので単純な漏れだと思いますが、「依頼されていませんけど？」みたいな対応に強い憤りを感じました。
遅い、安くない点は目をつむりましたが、対応に関してはプロ意識が著しく欠如しています。
同じ箇所の染み抜きにまた20日くらいかかる結果に。
良い点は駅近なことくらいで、よほど選択肢がない場合以外、ここでのクリーニングはオススメしません。

I was asking for stain removal, but it wasn't done at all, and I wasn't asked for a reason.
I thought it was a simple omission because I asked the same clerk at the time of the request to explain where and what the stain was made from, but I felt a strong resentment at the response such as "Isn't it requested?"
It's slow and not cheap, but I'm not very professional when it comes to dealing with it.
As a result, it takes about 20 days to remove stains from the same area.
The only good thing is that it's close to the station, and I don't recommend cleaning here unless you have a lot of options.
