基本的に一方的で横柄な会社。 更新の際に書類不備があったりすると後々面倒なので、わざわざここに出向いて言われた通りに署名・押印し、書類一式を作成したが、後日、「印鑑をもらい忘れていたのでもう一度来い」とのこと。一方的に日程を指定してきた。ちょうど大切な試験の直前期だったのでその日に行くのは難しいと伝えたら、「それでは契約を更新できない」と横柄な対応。郵送でやり取りするとかできないんですか? そもそもそちらのミスですよね? 退去時、6年以上住んだが退去修繕費の配慮ゼロ。具体的な金額は控えるが、そこそこ大きな金額だったので、せめて内訳や根拠を示してほしいと伝えたところ、「これで決まったから払え」と一方的な対応。口頭での説明もなし。請求書を送りつけてきて、支払い期限がせまると、指定期限前であるにも関わらずしつこく何度も電話で横柄に支払い催促。接客業の基本もできてない。こちらが求める連絡は一切ないが、自分たちにとって重要なことはしつこく一方的にやってくる。 最悪の管理会社。二度とここの管理の物件には関わりたくない。

こちらが管理してる物件に長期住んでます。物件の築年数が古いので、次々問題が起こるのですが、相談した際の対応がひどいです。この会社には「報告・連絡・相談」というマニュアルが皆無らしく、問題への対応、経過、結果などの連絡は一切ありません。それどころか、一度連絡しても、大抵は直ぐには着手してもらえず、数度連絡してやっと動いてくれるのが毎度のパターンです。管理会社としては、全くおすすめできません。

こちらの管理物件を解約したところ、経理の都合とのことで一ヶ月分多く引き落とされてしまい、後日返金手数料を引かれた後の金額が振り込まれました。 会社側の都合で生じた手数料分であるにも関わらず何故当方が負担しなければならないのか?そもそも期日通りに処理できていれば発生しなかった問題であり、引き落とされた金額が全額返金されるものと考えておりましたが叶わずでした。顧客に対して不誠実と言わざるを得ない対応でした。

長年こちらの管理する物件に住んでいますが、不具合等があっても連絡すればすぐに対応してもらっています。電話口の対応のよろしくない方もなかにはいたとは思いますが、概ね嫌な対応を受けたことはありません。

訪問時の社員さんの挨拶が素晴らしい‼️が、店内は薄暗くて居心地は良くないと私は思う。社員さんの対応は良く申し分なし。顧客駐車場の位置が不明瞭が残念でした。
