まずAIRは、住所変更できないから、ポケットWiFiを勧められた。（AIRは住所変更がマイソフトバンクから簡単にできます）
ワイモバイルのポケットWiFiは、使い放題と言われたが、3日で10Gの制限がある重要な説明がなかった。
契約を断りケーズデンキで契約したので被害なく契約できたが
無知なのか無能なのかわからないが、間違って契約していたら解約料が発生する重要な事項すら説明しないのだから、社員教育方針を考えるべき
The Softbank clerk here is the worst.
First of all, AIR was recommended to use pocket WiFi because I couldn't change my address. (AIR can easily change the address from My SoftBank)
Ymobile's pocket WiFi was said to be unlimited, but there was no important explanation for the 10G limit in 3 days.
I declined the contract and contracted with K's Denki, so I was able to contract without damage
I don't know if I'm ignorant or incompetent, but I don't even explain the important matters that a cancellation fee will be charged if I make a mistake in the contract, so I should think about an employee education policy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんは家族割や料金プランの変更を大変わかりやすく的確に案内してくれました。スマホ屋さんって擬音と形容詞ばかりで数字で具体的に説明できない、或いは意図的に説明しない人ばっかりだなと思っていましたが、ここの方は日を分けて３人に案内してもらったのですが、皆さん具体的に説明して下さいました。

I thought that smartphone shops were all people who couldn't explain concretely with numbers or intentionally didn't explain with only onomatopoeia and adjectives, but this person was guided by three people on different days. However, everyone explained in detail.
