悪いことではないのですが、バイト含めて、
店員が多すぎ(笑)。皆ブラブラしていて、
各コーナーに２名以上いました。
でも、聞きたいことがあるときには、いない！
という、謎の現象。

電話で取り置きをお願いしたら大丈夫と言われたので、取りに行くと取り置き商品が誰でも買える売り場に並んでいる?
また別の日に同じく取り置きをお願いして取りに行くと、他のお客さんが買ってしまって無い、と?
なんでそんなことが起こる？？？
またまた違う日には、欲しい商品にこのクーポンが使えるからと言われてチラシまでもらったのに、他の店員に聞くとそのクーポンはこれには使えない、と?えええ？
わざわざ時間をかけて行っているのに、あり得ないです本当に。改善してもらいたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スマホ保護フィルムを他所（ネット等）で購入して貼ってもらえるか聞いてみたのですが、自店で購入したものでないと受け付けられないとの事。
以前に貼ってもらった時に凄く綺麗な仕上がりだったので、自分で貼るよりはマシだろうと、失敗しても良いのでと言ってもＮＧでした。
まあこのお店だけでなくヤマダ電機がこういった対応らしいので、ここだけを責めるのも酷な話だとは思いますが、ソフマップでは持ち込みでの貼り付けは対応しているみたいですよ。
ソフマップ以上に全国に展開しているヤマダ電機さんがこういった対応ではガッカリですね。

兎に角もうこの店は信頼出来なくなりました。
この様な対応をするお店で冷蔵庫や洗濯機等、高価な家電は買わない様にオススメ致します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全員ではないが、一部の男のスタッフ対応悪すぎる。1ヶ月前にヤマダ電機で買ったAirPodsがキーンと音がするので、直してもらえたりするのか？商品の交換など出来ますか？と質問しただけなのに、あっちが勝手に私がクレームをいいに来たのだと思い込んだのか、こちらでは出来ないんですよ。Appleの方に直接電話してもらっていいですか？と怒った感じで言われた。
って言うかそんな事言うなら、AirPods買う時に直せないのでなんかあったらAppleに電話してねって言えし。
「出来ないんですか？」って聞いたんじゃなくて「出来ますかね…？」って質問で聞いたのに、勝手にクレームと決めつけたのはそっちですよね。
不快極まりない。
