噂のTokyoXの豚肉を食べてみたい…とは思ったものの、予算オーバー。
SPF 上ロース定食を選択しました。
おいしいものを目の前にすると、ついつい食べ過ぎてしまう性格で。160gのトンカツもペロリとしてしまいそうでしたが、最後の「お茶漬け」を狙って、ヒト切れは確保。
正直、ロースの脂でかなりこってりしていましたが、お茶漬け用のお出汁が 梅昆布茶 のような味わいで、すごくさっぱりと頂けました。
コロモの香りや厚み、肉の脂身、薬味のバリエーション、どれも素敵です。が、最後の一切れはお茶漬けに残しても?

I wanted to eat the rumored Tokyo X pork ... but I was over budget.
I chose the SPF top loin set meal.
When I see delicious food in front of me, I just end up eating too much. It seemed that 160g of pork cutlet would be squeezed, but aiming for the final "Ochazuke", we secured a shortage of humans.
To be honest, it was quite thick with the fat of loin, but the soup stock for ochazuke tasted like plum kelp tea, and it was very refreshing.
The aroma and thickness of Koromo, the fat of the meat, and the variation of condiments are all wonderful. However, even if you leave the last piece in Ochazuke ?

TOKYO Xのトンカツが食べられるお店を見つけたので行ってみた！
色々と他にも目を引くカツメニューがあったけれど、初志貫徹TOKYO X 特上ロースカツをオーダー！！
無料で豚汁にできるとの事だったが普通バージョンで?
先におかわり自由なキャベツが出てきてカツが上がるまでツマミながら待つスタイル。
キャベツが食べ終わる頃にカツが到着?
何やかんや初めて食べるTOKYO X ！！
ほーほーこれが幻の豚か?
歯切れの良い柔らかジューシーな肉。
脂も甘い！
ご飯も1回おかわり無料なので、おかわりしてお腹いっぱいでホテルに戻る。
店員さんの感じも良かったなー
カツ単品も多数あって、カツをアテに昼飲みもできるみたい?

私も並んで待っているとガラス越しに調理場が見えます
けっこう退屈しないで待てます
待っていると一名様と呼ばれてカウンターへ
何を頂こうかとメニューを見れば高い！
両隣はごつい肉の塊のトンカツです
これが4680円の東京 Xリブロースカツですか
私は好物の1300円のかつ丼です
目の前には調味料が並んでます
店員さんがお替り自由のキャベツスライスを持ってきました
これを野菜のドレッシングで頂きます 旨い！
そしてメインのかつ丼が来ました
カツは良いお肉のカツを程よいたれで煮てあります
旨いです！ お味噌汁のお漬物もGood！
美味しい昼食でした

出る時には人が数人並んでいたので丁度いい時間でした。
ロースもヒレもしっかり味がしていて美味しかったです。
〆に茶漬けにも出来ましたので口の中がさっぱりして揚げ物の油っぽさを残さずに食事を終えました。
窓際の席だと店員さんを呼ぶのに大きな声で呼ばないと気がつかないのでちょっと大変かなと思いました。

It was a good time because there were several people lined up when I left.
Both the loin and the fillet tasted good and it was delicious.

店内は開放感があって明るくい空間。
デミカツ定食を食べましたが、熱々で味がしっかり沁みていて美味しかったです。ごはん、お味噌汁は1回のみおかわり可能。キャベツはおかわり自由。
ロースカツ定食は、最後一切れを残して出汁茶漬けのような食べ方も推奨されていてこれはこれで美味しそうでした。
1,500円くらいで定食が食べれます。
TOKYO Xという銘柄のとんかつは4,000円くらいしてびっくりしましたが、いつか食べてみたい。

では頂きます。
特上ロースだけあり、厚みがあるとんかつ。
SPF豚だと中心がピンクの状態であることもありますが、こちらは比較的しっかり火が通っています。
赤身がしっかりとしていてギュッとした肉質の豚肉。
柔らかいというより噛みごたえがあります。
ただ、衣は薄く肉を持つとポロポロと剥がれてしまうのが、気になります。
一体感に少し欠けるというか。
ごはんと味噌汁も1回はおかわり可能。

高いメニューだけでなく、リーズナブルなメニューもあるので、気分に合わせて使い分けることができます。
