★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんがいつも笑顔で接客素晴らしいです。商品について質問した時も親身に教えてくれました。品揃えもいいし可愛くて安くて使いやすい物が豊富なので仕事で使う物はほぼワークマンで購入しています。立ち仕事用の980円の靴の中敷すごくいいです。
 The clerk always smiles and the customer service is wonderful. When I asked about the product, he kindly told me. The product lineup is good, and there are many cute, cheap, and easy-to-use items, so most of the items used at work are purchased by Workman. The 980 yen shoe insoles for standing work are really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事をリタイアしたので、この店の衣装の必要性は薄れています。カジュアルな衣装も揃えられており、安価であるため利用しております。客あしらいに問題があるとは思いませんが、商品知識のある店員は存在しません。愛想よく対応し、速やかにレジ決済をすることが、店員としての仕事であると考えていると、思われます。聞いても答えは得られないので、商品を購入してその質を確認するしかないと、考えています。
電子決済を導入する計画はないようで、店員に聞いても、本部からの指示がないので､わからないとの回答です。こんな他人事みたいな態度では、問題があると思います。
つい最近のTV番組で、相模原市に本部がある、ネットショップもある、服の高橋を知りました。Tシャツを5百円で売っています。試し買いして問題無ければ、ワ−クマンを利用しなくなるかも知れません。
