★ ★ ★ ★ ★ docmo光の契約で代行しているwizの方3人と話しましたが全員対応が最悪。全員がバカにしているかのような話し方だった。そして3人と話をした意味も不明。docmoの代行しているならそれなりに出来る人を電話対応にした方がいいと思う。
電話がかかってきたのも21時過ぎでありえないて思う。
I talked with 3 wiz people who are acting on behalf of docmo Hikari's contract, but they all deal with the worst. The conversation was as if everyone was silly. And the meaning of talking with three people is unknown. If you are acting on behalf of docmo, I think it's better to make people who can do something suitable for phone calls.
I don't think it's possible for the phone call to arrive after 21:00.
