いつも担当してくださってた方がお休みだったのですが、私も伺える時間がその日しかなかったため別の方で予約しました。
新しく担当してくださった女性の方笑顔もなく、終始感じが悪くてイライラしているようでした。
最初のカウンセリングの際もめんどくさそうでこちらの話したことを汲み取ろうともせずイライラ。
いつもなら美容師さんがあれこれアドバイスをしてくださいますが、今回の担当の方はそうではありませんでした。
後で調べたら一階の店長とのことですが、あんな態度の悪い人が店長をしてるなんてしんじられません。
美容室でこんな嫌な気分になったのは初めてです。アシスタントの方は笑顔で丁寧な接客でした。
いつも担当してくださる方はとても良い方だけに残念です。
