でも、バーマンはこちらから話すまで話しかけてくることもなく、ちょうどいい間合いをはかってくれています。
ただ、グラスで頼んでいるとかなり割高な感じがします。

70〜80'sヴィンテージの古酒をグラスで頂けます。ブルゴーニュの赤、熟成シャンパーニュ、ソーテルヌを頂きましたが、どれも感動に次ぐ感動でした。
お任せのチーズ盛合せがまた、本当に素晴らしいマリアージュで、この世界を一度知ってしまうともう元には戻れません。

You can enjoy 70-80's vintage old sake in a glass. I received burgundy red, aged champagne, and Sauternes, all of which were the second most impressive.
