トレーナーの方々がとても丁寧に対応してくれて、モチベーションを保ちながら通っています。

前行っていたところも安かったけど、セミパーソナルで他の人も同じ部屋にいたりして、集中出来なかったので…
アクセスも良いし、前のジムと比べて色々な面で良いです

不規則な生活をしているけど、個人に合わせたメニューを組んでくれて、結果も現れているのでとてもありがたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人生で2回目のパーソナルトレーニングジムでしたが、1度目のジムと比べてトレーニング内容がわかりやすく、トレーナーの方も親切に食事などのアドバイスをしてくれます。
週二回のコースなのですが毎回ジムに行くのが楽しみです！
これからも継続していきたいと思います。

トレーニング中も音楽が流れているし、トレーナーが励ましてくれるのでキツくても頑張れます。
トレーナーがその日の体調に応じて、メニューを変えてくれたりするので、きつい日は助かってます。そして、トレーナーがイケメンなのでやる気がでます。おすすめです。
