歳だから、と言う気持ちを払拭して、これからも続けたいと思います。
 The young staff are cheerful and pleasant, and I am motivated and positive to work hard tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月額が安い分、更衣室(パーティションで区切ったような簡易的なものはある)やシャワー室が無いようです。各器具類も基本的な機能だけ揃えています。Wi-fi(会員のみに公開？)が使えるのはありがたいかも。
It seems that there are no changing rooms (there are simple ones separated by partitions) and shower rooms because the monthly fee is cheap. Each device also has only basic functions. It may be nice to be able to use Wi-fi (open to members only?).

ランニングマシンが充実していて、雨の日とか仕事で遅くなって外をジョギングするのが億劫になった時便利に使ってます。
The female staff are friendly and comfortable.
There are plenty of treadmills, and I use it conveniently on rainy days or when I'm tired of jogging outside because I'm late at work.

インストラクターはいないので、
健康維持目的なら問題ないですが、
ダイエット目的の場合は自己管理が必要と思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有酸素運動と筋トレのひと通りのトレーニングが出来てこの月謝は嬉しい^ ^ スタッフの方も笑顔で対応してくれて話しやすいです。検温+消毒とコロナ対策もされているので、安心して通っています。

マッチョになりたいような人には向かないと思いますが、健康目的や適度なトレーニングをしたい人には最適なジムだと思います。
またスタッフさん達の対応も素晴らしいです。
For 2700 yen per month, the minimum required machines and motorcycles are available in the large hall.
I don't think it's suitable for people who want to be macho, but I think it's the best gym for people who want to have good health and moderate training.
The correspondence of the staff is also wonderful.

フリーウエイト、シャワーが欲しいなど欲を言えばきりはないけど3000円弱でウエイトトレーニング、バイクやランニングマシンが使い放題のパワーはすごい。
店内も清潔感もありコロナ対策もされているため比較的安心して使える。
強いていうならば給水機だけは欲しかった笑
