対応してくださった方は普通の接客だったと思います。

I borrowed it for domestic use for the first time. I would like to use the sales staff's customer service again. According to other reviews, it didn't sound like that, but it didn't feel like that at all.

あと、偉そうに喋ってて、口調も悪いし、接客の基本が出来ていないと感じました。
あと、不潔で顔もチンピラみたいで威圧的で怖かったです。
The attitude of employees is too bad. To be honest, I felt that it was the worst of all the people who have been in the hospitality business.
Also, I was talking loudly, I had a bad tone, and I felt that the basics of customer service were not established.
Also, it was filthy and my face was like a thug, so it was intimidating and scary.

急遽必要になったので渋谷で即日受け取り可能なところを探したのですが、希望通りのスムーズさで大助かりです。
受け取りの手続きは10分程度。レンタル日と返却方法の変更が出来たのが良かったです。
選べる機種は少ないですが、料金が分かりやすいし、他社だと日ごとにかかる保証が1000円固定なのは安いんじゃないでしょうか。
