竹	竹内俊輔 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千葉のソウルフードということで、気になっていたホワイト餃子を訪れました。夜の部は17時からということで、少し前からお客さんが並び始める感じでした。一人前、8個はそれなりにボリューミーです。焼き餃子二人前、ライスL、味噌汁を注文しましたが、ちょっと多かった。味はシンプルで、たくさん食べられそうですが、焼き餃子は油がたっぷりなので意外と重く感じました。そんな、感動するってほどではなかったが、丸っこい餃子は面白かった。今度は水餃子も試してみよう。 I visited the white dumplings that I was curious about because it was Chiba's soul food. Yakigyoza here reminded me of fried shorompo: both the slightly round shape and the skin which was much thicker than usual for yakigyoza. The filling was sparce and without much seasoning. On the plus side, you get 10 gyoza for 480¥. Suigyoza also had a very thick skin and not much filling. I wished for some hot sauce to give the gyoza more flavor... The restaurant building itself seems to be a former family restaurant so there is enough space for groups. There is a parking lot for 6-8 cars.
