９割の店員さんは一生懸命で、気持ち良く買い物ができます。
時々ですが、無愛想なアルバイトさんが居たり、身だしなみがなってない元ヤン丸出しのオバちゃんが居ます。仕事で疲れた時に行くと不愉快になるので、何も買わずに西那須野店へ行くこともあります。

自宅からも近くよく使っているのですが初めてとても嫌な気持ちになりました。

トップバリュ商品が置いてあったのにビックリしました～。
お酒、冷凍食品、プリンやヨーグルト、お菓子も色々ありました。
駐車場も広いです。

新型コロナ『抗原検査』について情報を得たく、大田原周辺の薬剤師在中の店舗へ電話しました。
対応されたスタッフは、とりつく島もなく「ウェブでご自身で確認してください〜」と言い、一方的に電話を切られてしまいました❗️
先月、近所の某有名薬局（この界隈には７店舗？が乱立）へ問合わせ、親切な対応をして頂き、無事に検査もお願い出来たのですが…。
お彼岸の連休に急な帰省が決まり、その前に検査をと思って連絡をしたところ、残念ながら土日が休みで。確か同じ様に検査対応の可能な薬局としてウェルシアも告知していた事を思い出し、こちらの店舗に問合わせました。
そんなに忙しい時間帯だったのでしょうか？いささか思いやりにかけた対応でかなり残念。
確かにウェブで調べてみると「事前にネット予約を済ませてからの検査」となっていました。私は他店で検査を一度経験していたので、なんとなく流れを知っていたからこそ、そっけない対応をされても調べられました。
がしかし、パソコンを使えない年配者やそういった機器を持っていない人だったとしたら、この後はどうするの？と路頭に迷います。
こんなご時世だからこそ、ホスピタリティを求めてしまいます。
ましてや、本来の主業務が薬局ですよね。雑貨屋さんやコンビニでも親切な人は沢山いらっしゃいます。
多分、今後はこの店で商品を買うことは無いでしょう。

I remembered that Welcia had announced that it was a pharmacy that could handle tests in the same way, so I contacted this store.
Was it such a busy time? It's a shame because it's a little kind.
Certainly, when I looked it up on the web, it was "inspection after making an online reservation in advance". I had experienced inspections at other stores once, so I was able to find out even if I was treated in a straightforward manner because I somehow knew the flow.
But what if you're an elderly person who can't use a computer or someone who doesn't have such a device? I get lost on the road.
Because of this age, we seek hospitality.
Moreover, the original main business is a pharmacy, isn't it? There are many kind people at general stores and convenience stores.
Maybe you won't buy any items at this store in the future.
