1	1295 yk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土日は特にですが、曜日関係なく混む時は混みます。以前、充電器購入のために開店直後に来店したら夕方まで待たされたことがありました。その後新プランの提案などされ、結局休日１日丸々ドコモで潰されました。さすがにイライラしました。故障で来店したときは30分待たなかったり色々です。受付に２〜３人いる時がありますが、だったら空いてる窓口で対応してほしいです。移転前は接客が丁寧でしたが移転後はあまりよくありません。 It is particularly popular on Saturdays and Sundays, but when it gets crowded regardless of the day of the week, it gets crowded. の	のん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドコモ一筋20年、だけど…。 Googleの投稿にハマってしまいデータ使用量がうなぎ登り。2ヵ月連続で上限ギリギリ(汗) プラン変更をしようとネットで来店予約しようとしたら1週間以上埋ってて使いものにならない。電話予約も結局一緒だけど「待ち時間は多少ありますが予約なしで直接来店頂ければ対応致します」「営業終了が7時なのでお早めの来店をお願いします」と言われたので仕事が終わって直行。夕方6時15分頃到着して受け付けを済ませ30分待ちで対応してもらった。予約で中途半端な時間に行くよりも、行きたい日の当日夕方6時以降に予約なしで行った方がスピーディーに対応してもらえるかも知れないなと思った。 It's been 20 years since DoCoMo, but ... 望	望月咲志 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で大田原市にいて、携帯が壊れたから機種変更しました、ホテルに戻ってSDカードから必要なデーターを取り出そうとしたら、SDカードが認識出来ませんと表示が出たのでサイトや取説で調べながら何度もチャレンジしたのですが読み込みできなく、次の日151に電話をしながらサイチャレンジしたのですが、読み込み出来ず、SDカードが破損してることがわかりました。機種変更の時店員がバックアップしてSDカードが壊れてないのを確認してるのです。その後誰もSDカードを抜き差しもして無いのです。その事をショップに話しても私達は、壊してませんて、一点張り!最終的にはSDカードは何とかしますて、データーはの事は知りません責任取りません!て！SDカードよりデーターが大事だと言ってるのに！（データー復旧するのに4万円かかるのです）それを壊した側が少しでも何とかしてくれれば良いのにうちは関係ありません!!!マジでふざけてます！ここのドコモショップは、人の大切なものを壊しても責任をとることをしませんし、店長は上から目線見たいな言い方でマジでふざけてます。大田原の職人の話だとあそこのショップは皆良くないと言ってるて話でした。あんな最低なショップ初めてです!自分が同じことされたらどう思うか考えてもない!マジでクソ最低なショップです。 I was in Otawara city at work and I changed my model because my cell phone was broken.When I went back to the hotel and tried to retrieve the necessary data from the SD card, the display said that the SD card could not be recognized, so I checked it on the site and manual However, I tried many times, but I could not read it, and on the next day I called 151 at the time of Cy Challenge, but I could not read it and I found that the SD card was damaged.
