事務員が処方箋を入力していてピッキングもしている。さらに最悪なのは薬剤師が処方箋と薬の照合をしないのでミスが頻発する。0.01%の目薬を0.3%のものを渡されたことが複数回ある。30倍も濃度が違うことに気がついていない。
調剤でもクレジット決済可能でTポイントが付与されることが魅力だったが、薬を間違える時点で、大前提の薬剤師でも調剤薬局ではない。
医療事故が起き健康被害が起きたら取り返しのつかないことになる。このような調剤薬局は、淘汰され廃業になることを切に願う。
