★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別のスギ薬局さんの調剤に行ったら、「薬変わったんですかぁ？！」と咎められるように言われてしまい、こちらには在庫があるとのことで来ました。「お医者さんが判断することですから変わったりしますよね」ととても丁寧に対応してくださいました。
一般人には薬の卸との関係や在庫までわかりませんし、嫌がられてもどうしようもできないので優しい声かけでありがたかったです。
When I went to another Sugi drugstore's dispensing, I was told that I was accused of "Is the medicine changed ?!", and I came to know that it was in stock. He responded very politely, saying, "It depends on the doctor's judgment, so it may change."
The general public does not know the relationship with the wholesaler of medicines and the inventory, and even if they are disliked, there is nothing I can do about it, so I was grateful for the kind voice.
